Welcome to our Fishing Guides area.  Currently we have two introductory books online which can also be selected at the top right.  Both books are very basic in nature and will give a solid foundation to help get started in fishing.   

Please check back on a regular basis as we will be adding new hits and tips a couple times a month.  Even better you can sign up for our newsletter to the right to stay up with our updates and be informed of other special announcements.  Volume 3,  Fly Fishing Secrets will be coming in early June.

Volume 1, Getting Started:

The first guide is called Getting Started covering three different topics.   Part one covers fishing equipment (tackle, lures, rods, reels, and various recommended accesories).  Part two covers the basics of fishing depending on what type of fishing you want to do (freshwater, lake fishing, salt water, deep sea, sport or night fishing).  Part three offers advice on vacation tips including some popular destiantions.

Volume 2,  Fishing Basics:

Volume 2,  Fishing Basics, offers four main areas of discussion.  Part one will expand on fishing techniques depending on what type of fish your are after.  Part two  covers what to look for in a fishing boat.  Part three will offer advice fish finders.  Part four will cover bait more in depth including how to make your own!!
